Proposal

 

Introduction

 

Compliance Logics is looking to increase awareness of its services with an enhanced website that establishes them as a trustworthy, experienced, and professional business.

Compliance Logics is also looking to increase the viewership of its website and corporate video. 

A proposed statement of work by Gen Advisory Pty Ltd.

The objective is to present the company’s image as a professional and passionate services business that supports Superannuation and Responsible Entities to navigate and implement systems and solutions that align with legislative reform. By creating this awareness, Compliance Logics will increase its opportunities to provide leading-edge services and solutions to its target clients.

 

To achieve this, we will be doing two things:

Firstly, highlight the real value of your services and create some consistent messaging to use throughout your entire brand that speaks to your audience. 

 

Secondly, employ subtle tactics to keep the reader engaged and enquire about your services (conversion to leads). 

 

Scope Of Work

There are several components to your site which would benefit greatly from having a consistent branded voice to deliver Compliance Logics’ information.

Branding Guidelines

To ensure that Compliance Logics conveys a professional look to the industry it is catering to, we recommend a branding guide, which can be used across all digital and printed assets. It will cover the colour palette, typography, proper use of logo, imagery, and the mixture of all these components. 

 

Website Design Enhancement

We will enhance the following website pages: 

Home page - A consolidated view of who you are, what you do, and information that would interest the reader to continue to read and review the website, with the ultimate aim of attracting a visitor to contact you.

About Us (Meet The Team | Contact Us) - The about page is an opportunity to share what you are all about, including your team, images of some of your work, your mission and vision, and what you stand for as a company. 

Product and Services - This is split up into the primary reasons people buy your services, with labeled headers to match. Doing this means people can relate your headers to solutions to their problems in a fast and effective manner. 

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - OPTIONAL

SEO is the practice of increasing the quantity and quality of traffic to your website through organic search engine results. The more traffic, the more clientele and interest in what you offer. This enhances your reputation within your industry and you become recognised for your effort and expertise. 

Note* Michael Lukman believes that SEO may not be completely necessary for your business. Reasons being:

  • Like Gen Advisory, Compliance Logics is a  relatively specialised, business-to-business (B2B) company .In Gen Advisory's own experience, we have found greater visibility and recognition through  distribution channels such as: LinkedIn posts; Stone and Chalk resident newsletters; and FinTech Australia member newsletters  etc - i.e. forms of word of mouth - than through SEO.      

      (Note that Michael would be happy to assist Compliance Logics in this regard if requested.)

  • In Michael's view, SEO is more suited to "B2C" businesses which have a retail consumer market and  a high level of competition, as it allows such businesses rank highly in search engines. Michael believes that the only form of SEO that would be useful to a business such as yours would be the implementation of keywords, which is done during the Website Design Enhancement process.

 

Timeline

In total, it will take us 6 weeks to complete the below scope of work. However, within 2 weeks we will deliver your branding guidelines.

Step 1 Zoom Run-Down

We need to get to the bottom of who you are, what you stand for, and whom you stand beside. Only then can we begin to create a design that portrays the value you offer in a way that resonates with the people who matter: the people you want to do business with.

 

Step 2 Design presentation

We will provide you with a design concept. Naturally, this will be a theme but we work diligently to create the customizations that make the site special to Compliance Logics. We’ll go through and take your feedback and decide which direction to take and any adjustments. Put aside one hour for this discussion and then an additional hour for the presentation of any refinements.

 

Step 3 Website content

Now we have the enhanced design locked-in, we can begin to enhance the content. We can work together to ensure that the information is kept in context and is documented effectively throughout your website.

Images will need to be acquired and/or gathered. Stock images or videos are not within the proposal cost, however, upon written permission, we can purchase these on your behalf and add them to the next payment stage invoice. Put aside one hour per week for four weeks for us to review and amend content.

 

Step 4 Website build

Using everything we’ve gathered, your website is built. Once it’s done, we’ll present it to you and go through the details in accordance with the objectives originally set. Any amends are made at this stage. Put aside one hour for the presentation of the final website.

 

Step 5 Launch

The launch process is a carefully considered one. We need to ensure the site doesn’t have any downtime, old links are re-directed to the new pages, etc.. We will operate on a checklist for this transition.

 

The Cost

The costs of our services are outlined below. In addition, there are the following costs to take into consideration which are over and above the fees outlined in this proposal:

  • Purchase of stock images or video

  • Hosting

  • Any other templates or add-ons that are deemed necessary as part of creating a beautiful functional site.
