Michael brings over 20 years' international financial sector advisory and regulation experience, having previously worked at: the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA); National Australia Bank (NAB); and Ernst & Young (EY).
Michael previously also served as the Australian Government-backed Financial Sector Regulation and Supervision Adviser in Indonesia. And as an Advisory Board Member of FinMango - a US s501(c)(3) non-profit organisation whose mission is to address economic inequality through opportunity.

Since 2018, Michael has been the managing director and Financial Sector Adviser at Gen Advisory Pty Ltd - a specialised Australian professional services firm supporting organisations wishing to operate in the Australian or Indonesian financial sectors. Within Australia, Gen Advisory's clients to date have included some of Australia's leading FinTechs. ​
